Individual Therapy
Individual Therapy in Melbourne & Online
Are you feeling overwhelmed, exhausted by everything you’re trying to manage, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel like you?
I offer individual therapy for adults seeking a calm, compassionate and affirming space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and reconnect with themselves and the people who matter to them. Therapy with me is thoughtful, collaborative and gently paced - supporting you to move towards a life that feels more meaningful, grounded and aligned.
I particularly support those who are navigating:
Anxiety, uncertainty and overwhelm
Periods of low mood or feeling disconnected from self & others
Burnout and work-related stress
Grief, loss and significant life changes
Relationship stress or recurring relational patterns
Idenitity questioning, culture and belonging
Therapy with me is grounded and collaborative, offering a space to slow down, explore what you're thinking and feeling, notice patterns that might be keeping you stuck, and develop tools and insights that support meaningful and sustainable change.
I currently offer in-person individual therapy in Footscray and Carlton North (Melbourne | Naarm), as well as online therapy via telehealth across Australia.
I know that finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. That is why I warmly welcome you to book a brief connection call - a relaxed, no-obligation conversation where you can ask questions, get a sense of how I work and explore whether we might be a good fit in therapy.
You’re welcome to get in touch or book a time to connect using the button below.

Footscray - Carlton North - Online in Australia
In your first session, we’ll focus on understanding what’s brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping for support with. There’s no expectation to have the “right words” or a clear idea of where to begin or where you’d like to be. Together, we’ll start to map out your therapeutic goals and shape a way forward at a pace that feels supportive and respectful of your experience.
Therapy with me is collaborative and gently paced. Some sessions may involve reflection and conversation, while others may include simple tools or practices to help you feel more grounded and supported. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe and attuned to what you need.
You don’t need to prepare anything in advance. If it’s helpful, you’re welcome to bring questions or concerns, or simply arrive as you are. Over time, our work together focuses on understanding patterns, building insight, and supporting meaningful, sustainable change.
