You might be here because...

You might be feeling anxious, burnt out, stuck in relationship patterns that keep repeating, lonely, disconnected from yourself, or pulled between identity-questioning, culture, and belonging.

I often work with people who are thoughtful, caring, and deeply attuned to others, yet feel exhausted over time from holding so much. Many are used to being “the strong one” and putting other people first, even when they are the ones struggling.

You might not fully have the words for what has been happening, and that is okay. Therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of things together, and find a way forward that feels meaningful to you.

As an accredited Mental Health Social Worker, I offer trauma-informed and identity-affirming therapy for adults in Melbourne and online, Australia-wide.

My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based and somatic therapies. Together, we can gently explore the experiences that have shaped how you relate to yourself and others, and make room for change that feels safe and sustainable.

As a queer, bicultural therapist, I have a particular interest in supporting people navigating questions of identity, belonging and connection to culture.

My Approach to Therapy

Trauma-Informed & Relational

I work from a trauma-informed and relational approach that centres your inherent worth, agency and lived experience. Therapy with me is a collaborative process, grounded in compassion, curiosity and mutual respect. The therapeutic relationship offers a space to gently explore patterns of connection, deepen self-understanding and support meaningful change in how you relate to yourself and others.

Somatic & Integrative

A Somatic and Integrative approach supports nervous system regulation - noticing how our experiences are held in the body and learning skills to respond to periods of overwhelming stress or disconnection in a more supportive way. I integrate many different evidence-based therapy approaches in my work, which we can talk about and adjust depending on your interests and on what has/hasn't worked for you in the past.

Identity-affirming & Inclusive

As a queer, bi-cultural therapist, I offer identity-affirming therapy and warmly welcome LGBTQIA+ people, as well as those questioning or navigating identity and belonging.

My work is grounded in cultural humility and respect for the ways culture, language, relationships, history, systems and lived experience shape who you are and how you move in the world. I aim to create a space where all parts of you are honoured - including the values, and connections that continue to shape your world.

Expressive & Creative Approaches

When words feel difficult or limiting, we have the opportunity to gently draw on expressive and creative arts-based approaches to support reflection, insight and communication. This might include using imagery, movement, arts-based activities or other symbolic ways of noticing and expressing. It is important to know that no artistic skills or experience is necessary to apply and benefit from expressive and creative approaches in therapy.
